Our brief for ProsPur was to devise a brand & marketing strategy to launch a business management consultancy that’s nothing like a business management consultancy - without taking a Challenger brand positioning against the big corporates.
Bloom was also briefed to convey the strong mission behind the business, one that focuses first and foremost on positive impact and social inclusion.
Through desk research of the competitive landscape, as well similar businesses in completely different fields as examples of business breaking the mold, we looked at ways to inform and build confidence in a completely fresh take for this new management consultancy firm.
Guided client workshops to strengthen the value proposition and crystallise the focus USPs of the business, translating this all into a marketing strategy with a prioritised GTM plan, and visual identity the brand can be proud of.
