At which stage do you typically work with clients?


Bloom is focused on scale-ups, where the range varies from to 2-3 years’ in, to roughly a decade. The business has seen positive early traction, learnt some lessons along the way, and is ready to level up.

We already have someone in marketing on the team. How can you support?


Some of our clients may have some marketing support, or a small in-house team who works on their marketing. Depending on your current level of support, we adjust our services accordingly.

How many people are in the team?


Bloom is comprised of a core team of half a dozen, including senior consultants, account management, social media, creative, and finance, supplemented by a highly-vetted talent pool of freelance specialists - for complete agility. Everyone feels part of the Bloom team, so we struggle to stop counting! Each client, however, is assigned their own dedicated Account Manager for consistency and continuity.

How is your pricing structured?


We calculate our pricing depending on level of seniority in talent and/or time required for the task at hand.

Where are you based?


Bloom is registered in the UK with a fully-remote team. Some of us are in London, some are travelling. Either way, we’re all online.

What are your accreditations?


We are certified by Clutch, members of Tech London Advocates, adhere to the ICO and have been officially Flexified (recognised as a flexible employer). All members of the Bloom team possess relevant qualifications & experience within their respective fields.

Do you work on a project-by-project basis, or on a monthly retainer fee?


We are flexible in our approach, working with a healthy mix of purely project-based clients or on an ongoing basis, depending on requirements.

What are your payment terms?


All new clients pay 50% of the first month or project upfront, 30 days thereafter. Payment is via bank transfer. We are VAT registered.

What are the typical next steps?


Once agreed on the broad scope of works and budgets, we ask our clients to fill out a 1-min sign-up form before sharing our draft agreement for review and signatures. Once the details including start date, notice period, duration, and full SOW are agreed, we get into action mode.
