Flexa, the UK’s only platform for flexible work and founded by entrepreneurs Molly Johnson-Jones and Maurice O'Brien, appointed Bloom to help them hit their ambitious business goals, by driving their social media growth and engagement on relevant channels.

Flexa wanted to drive social media growth to increase awareness of their platform, build an engaged community of flexible work job seekers and, ultimately, increase the number of candidates in their platform.

We worked with Flexa to identify core content pillars, developed an overall content and posting strategy and structured engagement guidelines to help drive social media followers down the applicant pipeline.
